Can we choose our own caterers?

We understand that choosing the right caterer is a crucial part of your wedding planning, and while we are happy to accommodate your preference for using your own caterers, we also take pride in partnering with the finest catering services in the area. Our recommended caterers are experienced in delivering exceptional cuisine and service tailored to your special day, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for you and your guests. Whether you decide to go with one of our trusted partners or bring in your own, we are here to support you every step of the way.

Can my caterers supply the crockery and table linen?

At The Royal Suite, we understand the importance of every detail, which is why we include high-quality crockery and cutlery in our catering packages. Our comprehensive offerings ensure that you receive exactly what you need for your special day. We carefully pick necessary equipment to match your menu.

Can we bring in our own decorations?

Yes, you can bring your own decorations. Alternatively, we can arrange this for you. Please ask one of our staff for more information and we can find the correct decor for you! whether that is a welcome sign or centrepiece. Our decorators provide the highest quality decor.

How often can we visit The Royal Suite before the event?

You can visit The Royal Suite as many times as you'd like before the wedding to ensure it meets all your expectations. 
However, we recommend booking an appointment for each visit to ensure that our team is available to assist you and answer any questions you may have.

Is confetti allowed?

We appreciate the excitement for celebrating your special day with confetti! However, confetti is not permitted inside The Royal Suite to ensure a clean and elegant environment for all our guests. We encourage you to use confetti outside, where it can add a festive touch to your celebration while keeping the indoor space pristine. 

Is the venue accessible for everyone attending?

The Royal Suite is accessible for all guests, making it an ideal choice for your venue. To ensure everyone can enjoy this beautiful space, we have a stair lift available, which is operated by a trained member of staff. This guarantees the safety and comfort of all our guests, allowing everyone to celebrate your special day without any barriers.

At what time does the evening end?

Typically, our venue offers a closing time of 11 PM for all events.
 However, we understand that some couples may wish to celebrate a little longer, and we are happy to accommodate this request! For an additional cost, we can extend your event until 1 AM, allowing you and your guests to enjoy the celebration to the fullest. Please feel free to reach out for more details on this option!

Is there parking available?

Yes, parking is available for our venue! Guests can enjoy complimentary public parking located at the rear of the venue. Access is conveniently provided via Leicester Street, ensuring a hassle-free experience for all attendees. 

Is the venue hire time included of decor set up and set down?

We understand the importance of having ample time for both setup and breakdown of decor. Our team will coordinate directly with the decorator to ensure that all arrangements are made smoothly and efficiently. This means that the time allocated for decorating will not impact your overall venue hire duration, allowing you to focus on enjoying your special day without any worries.
